Soluflex Rive-Sud recently took part in the “A chose la Rive-Sud” campaign, organized by the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS). The franchise’s general manager, Valérie Martin, took the opportunity to present the firm’s mission and expertise in human resources in the local media, notably through an article in the Courrier du Sud and an interview on 103.3 FM.
A global approach to human resources
In the interviews that Valérie has participated, she mentions that although many people first associate HR firms in general with recruitment, Soluflex stands out for its much broader service offering. Franchises throughout Quebec mainly support SMEs in the growth of their HR function:
- Support for management in strategic planning, talent management and succession
- Implementation of a salary structure linked to a performance management program
- Creation of employee handbooks
